Welcome to Pairove (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at pairove.com and our mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Pairove, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
- You have read and understood our Privacy Policy
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Pairove, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
- Not have been previously banned or removed from our Platform
- Not be a registered sex offender
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
3. Account Registration
When creating an account on Pairove:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately at support@pairove.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
- One person may only maintain one active account
4. Profile and Content
4.1 Your Profile
You agree that your profile will:
- Be accurate and represent only yourself
- Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Not impersonate any other person or entity
- Include only photos of yourself that are recent and accurate
4.2 User Content
By uploading or submitting any content (photos, messages, bio, etc.) to Pairove, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
4.3 Prohibited Content
You must NOT post content that:
- Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
- Contains nudity, especially involving minors
- Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Violates any third party’s intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, commercial solicitation, or advertising
- Includes malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is illegal under applicable laws
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using Pairove, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users
- Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other users
- Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our permission
- Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
- Share another user’s private information without consent
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar technology
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Engage in any form of fraud or scam
- Promote escort services, prostitution, or trafficking
- Use our Platform while in a country under a trade embargo
6. Profile Verification
Pairove offers a voluntary verification feature using live camera verification with pose challenges. A blue verified badge indicates that the user has completed our verification process at the time of verification. Verification does not guarantee the accuracy of any other profile information, and Pairove is not responsible for the conduct of verified users.
7. Premium Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Plans
Pairove offers paid subscription plans (Plus, Gold, Platinum) with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
7.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis
- Payment is processed through Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India)
- Prices are displayed in INR (India), USD (USA), or EUR (Europe) based on your location
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
7.4 Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical error that prevented you from using a paid feature, please contact us at billing@pairove.com within 7 days and we will review your case.
8. Safety Guidelines
Your safety is our priority. We recommend:
- Never share your home address, workplace, or financial information with matches
- Meet new people for the first time in public places
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave
- Report suspicious behavior using our in-app reporting feature

9. Reporting and Blocking
You can report or block any user directly from their profile. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Users found to be in violation of these Terms may be suspended or permanently banned.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pairove Platform — including the logo, design, code, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Pairove and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
Pairove is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any matches will result in romantic or meaningful relationships
- User profiles are accurate or users are who they claim to be
- The Platform is free from viruses or harmful components
Pairove is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pairove, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of Pairove after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
